This is a development consisting of relatively large family houses on an elevated site close to the centre of Malahide, a pleasant satellite town just north of Dublin city.

The first phase, recently completed, contains 33 houses in four types to suit differing needs and budgets. As in the case of Rath Lodge, these houses represent a further stage of development of the courtyard-type dwelling used in previous schemes. It has been found possible to design relatively large family houses while maintaining the principles of privacy inherent in the courtyard plan form.
