The practice prepared the master plan for this 32-acre site in Monkstown, a coastal suburb in south Dublin. The site was broken down into 13 groups, with those of higher density located near to the north boundary, adjacent to public transport rail and bus services. This was to facilitate orderly and manageable phasing of the development, enabling self-contained groups of dwellings to be completed, with each area having its own character and identity.
In all, 313 dwellings where constructed, of which 214 were designed and implemented by the practice.
