This project is for the conversion of two derelict piers, each with a large historical warehouse building (c.45m wide by 180m long), which are linked at land-end to form a civic frontage. In all, it is proposed to accommodate 600 bedrooms in the 20,000sq.m buildings, with several openings carved out of the roof to create double-height courtyards.
The associated marina will provide 400 berths, for all sizes of vessel up to 100m super-yachts.
