This 1950’s semi-detached house has seen little modification over recent decades. We are advising our clients on best methods for upgrading the dwellings’ insulation and heating system to surpass current Building Regulations (to high BER ‘B-rating’).
The layout will also be substantially altered, creating a new open-plan kitchen and living/dining room, which will be constructed in an exposed timber-frame system (glulam).
