This spec-built estate house was orientated without any consideration of the wonderful views over Dungarvan Bay towards Helvick Head, directly to the south, instead presenting a blank facade.
We set about completely transforming the dwelling, positioning all living accommodation over two floors at the south end, and linking them by a new double-height void. Natural light and sea-views will now flood the entire house.
Only 6.0sq.m is being added to the house, will the transformation being provided almost entirely by internal modifications.
