Planning permission was obtained for this quayside office building on behalf of a development partnership, with the intention of it being built speculatively.

However, the trend of law practices relocating to larger, purpose-built offices in the Docklands area, common during the last 10 years, led to a prominent law firms’ acquisition of the site.
However, this purchase only resulted after intensive analysis by the solicitors of both the site and architects, and ultimately won-out over other similar sites in Dublin.

33-34 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay benefitted by evolving from a speculative development to providing a purpose-built office environment. 50,000sq.ft of office accommodation is provided, with the design maximising it’s magnificent river views, along with retail at ground level.
